About Jenna

I am so glad you're here.

After years of hurried working and trying and struggling - and succeeding, I knew something was wrong. Life wasn't supposed to be this hard. I started investigating practices that would change my life, to make it even more meaningful and easeful. And I found answers.

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction changed my life, helping me shift out of constant trying and efforting. And shortly thereafter I learned Inner Relationship Focusing and I found a new way not to quiet my thoughts, but to resolve them - and befriend them in the process.

I trained for years to learn to teach these practices and continue to practice them. And now I bring them to you. I hope you'll join me.
